RIET USERS: Alternative DPLOT Downloading

For those who have had difficulties logging onto the
DPLOT free scientific graphing software site - read below. You
may like to inform the author if you use the software
as he gives emails on updates.

European users often have difficulty downloading DPLOT
from the SLIRIS server due to very slow transmission rates.

If this is the case you can try the WINSITE server at
http://www.winsite.com/info/pc/win3/misc/dplotw.zip
for the Windows 3.1 version or

http://www.winsite.com/info/pc/win95/misc/dplot95.zip
for the Windows 95 version.

Also, a message from the Software author:
Sorry for the trouble you've had attempting to
get DPLOT. The sliris server has been down for
some time and I have neglected to inform all of
the registered users. You can get DPLOT from
http://smd4d.wes.army.mil.
