Absolutely.
OK.
This is the point of view of an experimentalist having
to use some means not from his owns for solving a problem.
A user. Provided the solution is obtained, he doesn't care
about the method.
A second point of view is that of the developer of a
method who generally defends that his method should be used
because it is the best. Just like Nike not advertising a lot for the
quality of Reebok shoes. When he makes a review about shoes,
in fact it is a review about Nike shoes but this is not explained...
But at schools, teachers have to say that it is preferable to
have shoes for walking under some circumstances, eventually
they would suggest that some kind of shoes (the sort of, not the
trademark) may be better in some cases. The question is now,
is EPDIC in the hands of neutral teachers or do the discourse is
sometimes too much object-oriented... And the childs as well as
beginners are so inconsistent...
So, visit all stands and halls at EPDIC, not only the Nike one.
