[sdpd] COD update: >43000 entries + PCOD announce

Hi,

Thanks to the efforts of our >30 volunteers, for this new
monthly update, the total number of entries into the COD
increased by >3000.

The COD is now offering >43000 entries, including
 >9000 entries from the AMCSD.

PS - Its is estimated that the PCOD (P=Predicted)
could attain > 10.000 entries before the end of 2006
with the addition of aluminophosphates and of series
of frameworks built up from corner-sharing octahedra
(ZrO6, NbO6, TiO6...) and tetrahedra (PO4, SO4, SiO4).
CIFs are ready but need some sorting before being
included...
It will then be time to provide calculated powder patterns
to be used in search-match software.
