[sdpd] SDPD web server

Hi,

The SDPD web server    http://www.cristal.org/
has changed for a different location in the Le Mans University,
because of building renovations. It was stopped for half an hour
today. At its new place, it is more difficult to control. It should
be back in September in its usual room.

As www.crystallography.net is redirected there, possible
problems will also involve the Crystallography Open Database.

PS - The COD continues its growing, having more than 12000
entries (8000 CIFs + 4000 REFs). A REF file points to another
CIF location than the COD server, or gives only the publication
reference. Building REFs is so easy that you have no excuse
for not sending your own data (take your publication list and add
the chemical formula sum, the cell parameters and the space
group for every reference in the list, that's all !). After all, ICSD
and CSD also have entries without atomic coordinates. All about
