Fixed CCP14 mirroring of latest Fullprof Rietveld

Until recently, there was a problem with the CCP14 mirroring of Juan
Rodriguez-Carvajal's Fullprof Rietveld software. This has been fixed and
is also correctly obtaining the new setup_FullProf_Suite.exe Fullprof
installer for Windows.

This new Fullprof installer makes getting fullprof going on MS-Windows
quite trivial. Winplotr is included with the setup - as well as the
EdPCR GUI (Graphical User Interface) and GFOUR Fourier.
