[sdpd] SDPD Round Robin 2

Dear Powder Diffraction Users, 

It is time again to verify if SDPD on demand has now really become
routine, meaning that software in other hands than those of their
developers can produce regularly the solutions. Many attendees of the
XIXth IUCr Congress, Geneva (August 2002) were clearly impatient to see
this round robin organized. 

The first SDPDRR (http://www.cristal.org/SDPDRR/) was made knowing the
cell. Thus, the indexing bottleneck was avoided. It will not be avoided
this time, however, the round robin will consist in 2 separated steps :
indexing, and structure solution and refinement because experts in
indexing could be different from experts in structure solution.

Samples 1 to 3 : Aim: Indexing (step 1) and structure solution (step 2)
        Sample 1:  Probable formula : Al2F10[C6N4H20] 
        Sample 2:  Probable formula : Sr5V3(F/O/OH/H2O)22 
        Sample 3:  Probable formula : C61Br2 

Samples 4 to 8 : Aim: Indexing (step 1) only

Important dates :
  Start for steps 1 and 2 : September 9th, 2002
  Deadline for step 1 : Sunday 13th October, 2002
  Deadline for step 2 : Sunday 17th November, 2002
