the first thing you have to do is to
have an idea of the preferred orientation distribution
(rocking curve on the (hkl) direction of preferred orientation).
this will allow you to enter first values of parameters
in fullprof. if you don't do this you may have problems
to refine these parameters.
other way to have an idea of this ditribution function is to
test different parameter values manually
with programs like powdercell (also exists in FULLPROF)
and to compare the calculated profile with your measured
one.
