Could you try again, as I seem to be having no trouble logging
in via a separate domain (melbpc.org.au):
(could be a problem with the ftp server config?)

ftp://ftp.minerals.csiro.au/pub/xtallography/koalariet/

Current directory is /pub/xtallography/koalariet
Up to higher level directory
00index
k-inst.exe
k-inst.zip
ls-lFR
read1st.txt
updated.examples.31oct97

k-inst.exe and read1st.txt are the only two files you would require.
