Do you know if FULLPROF can deal simultaneously with Cu K-alfa 1 and
Cu K-alfa-2?
I don not know it, because the program can refine two sets of U,V,W
parameters of a Thompsom-Cox-Hastings, but FULLPROF refines only one set of
X and Y parameters.
Does it mean the program simulates the K-alfa 2 just as a gaussian,
or the X and Y parameters are common to K-alfa 1 and 2, taking into account
also the loretzian component of K-alfa-2?
