Structure determination from one very small crystal is the alternative
to powder diffraction data when there is no crystal suitable for a conventional
single crystal study. Two possibilities are then : 1) Electronic microdiffraction
and 2) X-rays from high intensity sources (synchrotron or rotating anode).
