&gt;show me the details if this can be finished without an internal standard?<br>
First, if you do not know what the amorphous phase is, you have to be use the  standard sample. Second, if the chemical composition of the amorphous, or as an alternative, of the whole sample is known, the standard cannot be added to the sample. <br>
 <br>
If want to know how to do, please refer to QUANTO, GSAS, MAUD etc.<br>
