[sdpd] Si-O distance

Dear all,

I am trying to refine the structure of silicate oxyapatite but the 
distance Si-O vary between 1.52 and 1.58 which is not in a agreement 
with the bond valence calculations. Has somebody faced such a problem 
and what could by the solution (reason) for it.
