It seems that you can't. I found nothing in ICSD, nor in
CSD, nor in CRYSTMET, etc.
How the authors obtained an hexagonal structure
with cell parameters indexed from only 00l hkl indices
is a mystery for me ;-).
These lithium intercalated graphite phases are
not very well crystallized, probably.
However there is a huge litterature about them,
with electronic band calculations, etc.
