[sdpd] surface XRD

Dear All,

I am looking for method/s to analyse the surface of
some of the materials I prepare. The surface of the 
support is uneven and I have crystalline material
deposited on it. Is it possible to do surface XRD or
glancing incidence angle XRD on uneven surfaces?
Or can anyone suggest a way of analysing the
crystallinity of the surface coatings on uneven
surfaces?
