[sdpd] i need some help!
Hello All:
i am a green in the Rietveld refine and using of the Fullprof, here i have two questions :
1: what is the definition of the Biso, what is its range to evaluate ? can it be negative? if it is negative , what is mean? then what should i do?
2: what range should be given to the U V W? is it from the instrument or other aspects?
these question maybe easy for you, but they confused me very much, i hope the answers from you, thanks !!!
