[sdpd] Scattering coefficients for V+4

Dear friendsI am presently working on the rietveld analysis of a compound in which the valance of vanadium is +4. But FullProf2k could not work on it because FullProf2k couldn't find Scattering coefficients for V+4 in it's internal libraty.Where can I find Scattering coefficients for V+4and how to use those data for the rietveld analysis? And what shall I do if the valance of vanadium is between +4 and +5?Best wishes.
