[sdpd] RIET:XRDU: VMRIA for Windows - Autox Powder indexing and Rietveld software by Victor Zlokazov

The VMRIA for Windows software by Victor Zlokazov is available for
download via the CCP14 website. VMRIA is written in Delphi and includes
Rietveld analysis and the Autox powder indexing software. Victor gave a
talk and demonstration of Autox handling multiple phase data at the
recent ECM-21 conference in Durban.

Two powder indexing example files (a triclinic example; and 2 phase
example - monoclinic and cubic) are included with the distribution, as
well as a Rietveld simulation file.

A small readme note from Victor (zlokazov...@nf.jinr.ru) is included about
the config of the program:

For reading the data (e.g. spectra) by VMRIA it is better to specify a
standard folder where this data might be kept.
In the z.ini it is assumed that this folder is c:\zlok (or d:\zlok).
If not while reading in the ini-file an error message follows from which
one can easily figure out what's the matter.
