[sdpd] New CIFs donator to the COD / CIFs with Fullprof

Hi COD Users,

- Addition of > 850 CIFs from the CRISMAT (Caen, France) (thanks
   a lot !). See some superconductor entries :
         http://www.crystallography.net/text.php3?text1=supercon
   Will you be the last lab to send your CIFs ? Donator's logos
   are shown at : http://www.crystallography.net/donators/

- About CIFs and the Rietveld program FULLPROF : the CIFs will
be built by using RPA = -1. You have no excuse now for not uploading
your final CIFs in the COD (edit and complete them witth author
names, chemical formula, etc).
