[sdpd] STX:RIET:CCP14: Updated SCATFAC for Windows: is now Windows Large Fonts tolerant

If you had difficulties or GPF Crashing under Windows
using the new Scatfac software; this was most likely
due to Windows Large Fonts being used.  (LMGP software
is developed using Borland Delphi and only seems to
like Windows Small Fonts at the moment).  There is a 
new version of Scatfac that does not crash when using
Windows Large Fonts but it is preferable to use small
fonts to obtain the best visualisation.

(Scatfac is an X-ray Atomic Scattering factor display software which 
   can display 1 to 2 elements on the screen.)
