[sdpd] SDPD Database updated

Updating the SDPD Database for the year 2000 shows 
59 structures determined by powder diffractometry and 
described in 49 papers. Although the bibliography will
not be completed before one or 2 months, the conclusion
seems to be : stagnation in published works, or may be 
a tendency to slight increase. Compared to ~20000 structures
published from single crystal data per year, our specialty 
remains anecdotal, in spite of strong efforts in knowledge
dissemination by various workshops and other Internet
courses. The exponential increase seen in the past needs
for a second start. The equivalent for a Moore's law in
SDPD would help this small community to become more
credible with a doubling of published papers every 18 months.
