[sdpd] STX:RIET:CCP14: New CIF and Getspec happy version of GRETEP (Grenoble Thermal Ellipsoids Plot Program)

There is a new version of GRETEP (Grenoble Thermal Ellipsoids 
Plot Program - part of the LMGP Suite for Windows by Jean Laugier 
and Bernard Bochu) which can now load CIF structure files and 
incorporates I.D.Brown's Getspec software for allowing point 
and click use of Hermann-Maugn, Hall and Spacegroup Numbers. 

(Gretep and the other LMGP suite software (Chekcell, Celref, 
OrientExpress, Indx, Poudrix, Truecell, Equiv, etc) can be freely 
downloaded and used by anyone - academics, students and people
based in commercial labs).
