[sdpd] New tutorial for ESPOIR speed up

As required by Lachlan, a new tutorial entitled :
"Setting up the program files in < 10 minutes"
is available at :

The time estimated is ~ 8 minutes (I used a simple
watch for measuring) if you already have the Cartesian
atomic coordinates at your hands, and 5 minutes more for
obtaining them at http://www.webmolecules.com/ 
(in case they are in the database ;-).

This lets time for thinking more.
