[sdpd] Updated CHEKCELL Powder Indexing Helper Software: Feature Additions/Bugfix

There is a new version of CHEKCELL for Windows Powder Indexing
Helper Software available on the web.  This is part of the LMGP
Suite by Jean Laugier and Bernard Bochu.  Chekcell takes the
summary output from the CRYSFIRE Powder Indexing Suite by Robin 
Shirley (which links into Ito, Dicvol, Treor, Taup, Lzon, Kohl, 
Fjzn and Losh)

New Features include:
  Chekcell now can handle non standard spacegroup settings.
  For example,  when the cell is orthorhombic, the user can choose 
  one of the six possible settings (abc, bca, etc...).  In "Best Spacegroup"
  and "Best Solution" options, Chekcell automatically goes through all
  the settings

  It is also possible to do a "Best Spacegroup" searching on a manually 
  entered cell.

  Best group or Best Solution can test a lower limit of checked 
  reflections in order to make the test faster and the lists
  shorter. 

  Can view the output results in Wordpad and cut/paste into other programs.

Bug fixes include:
  The "Abort" button in the "Best Solution" option occassionally did not 
  work as required.   This has been fixed.

  Crysfire *.SUM "REREAD" button would not work under some circumstances. 
  This has now been fixed

  Bugs relating to the above features have hopefully all been found prior 
  to this release.
