[sdpd] Updated LMGP Suite software: poudrix, celref, indx and equiv

As part of the LMGP suite of programs for Windows by 
Jean Laugier and Bernard Bochu, there are now updated 
versions of the programs:

  poudrix - powder pattern calculation - that can
    handle both Sasaki and "Brennan and Cowan" anomalous
    dispersion calculation for X-ray data.
  celref  - graphical powder unit-cell refinement and helpful in
    spacegroup assignment of powder data.
  indx    - calculates powder pattern line positions
  equiv   - provides spacegroup information.
