Dear Rietveld users,
could anyone be so kind to explain me how to set "POLA" and "IPOL"
parameters on the GSAS program (latest version), when a curved graphite
crystal analyser (on the diffracted beam) is used on a Philips PW 1810
powder diffractometer (CuKa LFF)?
Is it necessary to refine the polarisation factor and/or
ka2/ka1 ratio with a proper standard after the installation of such
monocromator? And how to reveal if the monocromator is correctly set?
