My name is Dr. Thomas Koehler. I am working in the central research d
of Robert Bosch GmbH at Stuttgart, Germany. The X-Ray diffraction lab
of our central analytical department is under my responsibility. We
perform identification, quantitative analysis, stress measurement,
crystallite size determination etc. on all kinds of crystalline
materials which are in use in our company.
My main interest in Rietveld technique is the capability of
quantification of complex phase mixtures. I am using the SIEMENS
program SIROQUANT written by Taylor fat CSIRO, Australia. Please
