This project is funded by the french National Research Agency (ANR) and is willing to develop new tools for the purification and the stabilization of heterologously expressed G-Protein Coupled Receptors and Ionic Channels. The ideal applicant should be highly motivated individual and have a recent PhD degree in biochemistry (expression, purification, functional characterization, protein-protein interaction, structural biology...). Solid expertise in protein purification and characterization with interest in structural biology is expected. Strong consideration will be given to candidates with experience in membrane protein.
